Getting started at Blue Crab CrossFit is easy!

Foundations is a coaching program required for all new members of Blue Crab CrossFit.

Over the course two one-on-one classes, you will learn about CrossFit and its benefits to increasing your strength and stamina at the gym as well as your functional movement in your everyday life. During these sessions you will work with a coach every step of the way, who will lead you through the movements and lingo you can expect in our group classes.
03.
Once you've completed the Foundation program, you will now be ready to take part in the group CrossFit classes!
If you're already experienced and either seeking to find a new gym or just interested in dropping in for a class, we offer free trials and drop-ins for those exact situations.
