Every personal training session at Blue Crab CrossFit is built to make the most of your time, typically 45–60 minutes from start to finish.
  • Check-in – quick chat about energy, sleep, stress, and any aches so we tailor the session to your day.
  • Warm-Up – Mobility and prep specific to your body and the workout ahead.
  • Main Training Block – Strength, conditioning, or both, based on your goals (with clear coaching and progressions).
  • Cool-Down & Plan – Simple recovery plus a quick plan for what to focus on between sessions (steps, sleep, nutrition basics).

Most personal training clients see great progress with 1–2 sessions per week, and some choose to add CrossFit classes once they feel confident. We’ll help you pick the right mix based on your goals and schedule.
