CrossFit Classes

Personal Training
Personal Training is the fastest route to confidence because everything is built around you, your goals, your schedule, and your starting point. You’ll work 1:1 with a Blue Crab CrossFit coach to improve movement, build strength, and create a plan you can actually stick to. It’s perfect if classes feel intimidating, you’re returning after time away, you’re training around an old injury, or you want more accountability. You’ll get coaching, progressions, and a clear path forward, without guesswork.
Speciality Classes
Specialty Classes are for members who want to sharpen a specific area and train with extra focus. Think Olympic lifting for technique and power, running clinics for better endurance and mechanics, and health seminars that help you understand the “why” behind progress. These sessions complement CrossFit classes and give you coaching attention on the details that move the needle, form, skill, and strategy. Physio Therapy
Consistency is everything, and it’s hard to stay consistent when something hurts. Blue Crab CrossFit offers access to PT and performance support through our partnership with Without Limits PT & Performance, so you can get professional guidance when aches, limitations, or old injuries pop up. Kids & Teens CrossFit
Kids & Teens training is where confidence gets built early.
